1. Who we are

webser (“we”, “the studio”) designs and builds digital products. This policy covers webser.app, this Portfolio Edition, and information you send us when you inquire about a project.

2. What we collect

We collect as little as we need to run the studio:

You give us: name, email, phone, company, and project notes when you write, call, or request a quote.
The site collects: technical logs such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location if our host records them for security.

We do not ask for payment-card numbers on this marketing site. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. How we use it

To answer inquiries and deliver studio work you asked for.
To operate, secure, and improve this website.

To measure traffic only if you allow analytics cookies.
To meet accounting, tax, and legal duties.

Legal bases, where they apply: contract (project work), legitimate interests (running a secure studio site), consent (optional cookies), and legal obligation (invoices and compliance).

We keep inquiry and project records as long as the relationship lasts and for a reasonable period afterward for tax and dispute purposes. Server logs are kept only as long as our host requires for security.

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

Infrastructure providers that host the site or email (for example Netlify or equivalent hosts, and email carriers).
Professional advisers if required (legal, accounting).
Authorities when the law requires it.
